SCA brand portfolio includes internationally renowned brands such as TENA, Libero, Libresse, Tork, Tempo, Zewa and Edet.
In 2010 SCA will launch a complete new solution within the brand Tork. In order to have a confident and ready to go sales force, SCA together with Outsmart have prepared a training program for the whole sales organization based on a train-the-trainer event executed in November 2009.
The result of the Train-The-Trainer event was overwhelming and the client’s team describes the project as follows:
“SCA AFH is launching a new dispenser family for our object wiping products. It is of utmost importance that the organisation is well trained on both the new range and the sales approach that is valid for this type of product. With the assistance of Outsmart we managed to make a Train-the-trainer session that was full of interaction and energy. We managed to move about from a product focus to a customer focus and the evaluation of the day was very positive from the 50 participants. We managed to score 4,56 (where 5 stands for agree completely) on the question “How relevant was the content of this training for your needs” and a score of 4,52 on the question “I can use this set up for local training and roll out”.
